New Bill Freaks Out Art/NFT Market While Making Others Giddy

Every media outlet on earth has to have an angle or a hook specific to its audience, or what some refer to as an exclusive, otherwise its articles won’t get the clicks the publication needs to survive in today’s media climate. That being said, it is interesting to see how legislative moves are reported in the press. For example, a recent piece of anti-money laundering (AML) legislation called The Enablers Act, which was embedded in the defense spending bill that passed a few weeks ago, received wildly different headlines.
